Up Up Up

The ORACLE O-3 project, monitoring changes in the
Ozone Layer, has been launching balloons from
the Sausage Point area since mid-June but I hadn't
had the opportunity to actually see one fly...
until today. It was a perfect blue sky, albeit
pretty windy. It didn't seem like it ever got
any farther away as it gradually made it's way
into the high reaches of the sky. Although it's
as big as a ten story building, it finally became
very small and nearly impossible to see. I finally
got cold and went inside. It was fun to watch but
not worth getting frostbite
