I'm sure the artist that created this sculpture is very talented,
but every time I go to the Library, I'm creeped out by it. Over
the years, I began calling it the Creepy Little Frog Boy statue and
I guess it's just stuck.

I agree with Jude. That town has a lot of bad art.
