Like we hadn't had enough Polish food lately, my
parents took Lynn and I to the Warsaw Inn, in nearby
Lynnwood, Illinois. I have to say that the food there
on the buffet is about as good as anything we ate in
Poland and the Potato Pancakes are probably even
better. I thought the Kielbasa was a little dry, but
the Pierogies more than made up for it. I had Meat
Pierogies as well as Potato and Sweet Cheese. All of
this with live accordion music, including several polkas
played for entertainment. We ate so much we felt like
we would pop! It was great!
