I had dinner (Tea) with our Friends Brendan and Pauline this
evening. They own the Salerno Motel here in Christchurch
and are fantastic hosts! We feel like part of the family
as we stayed with them for three months back in 2002 when
I had my surgery for my torn quadraceps tendon. Their
grown children Shawn and Michelle weren't there but they're
also great people and we feel like we've known all of them
forever. It will be good to see them again when we get off
the Ice in August.
