Invest in The Dollar

I'm not a financial whiz by any stretch of the imagination,
but has anyone else noticed what the dollar is doing lately
on the international market. It's going up up up...a lot!
Unlike the stock market, the dollar is something substantial.
Something that can be held in your hand and is something
that has staying-power. That's why the dollar is thriving
in world markets when the stock market is seeing some hard
times. Lynn and I had a discussion a few months ago (and
I'm not trying to sound jingoistic) discussing the importance
of America as a world power, especially on the financial stage.
With the crashing of world stock markets, it's really showing
how strong America really is when it comes to finance. Sadly,
most Americans don't know how strong the dollar really is now.
If the stock market continues to tumble...look for the dollar
to rise...it's as simple as that.

Oh I have been noticing it and loving it. One dollar will now buy you .74 Euro, .58 Pound, and $1.62 Kiwi!!! Travelers are loving the economic crisis! Woohoo!
