These People are Crazy!

Here's a picture of the start of the annual Scott Hut Run that
happens every winter. It was about -20 Fahrenheit when the
race started, with winds of about 20 mph. It was cold, and very
blustery. The race starts in town, near the Coffee House, runs
down the hill past the Incinerator Building and out to Hut Point.
There, everyone turns around and repeats the course...uphill.
It's about 1.4 miles in length and this year's winner won in just
over 8 minutes. Not bad considering the harsh weather. Are
these people crazy? No, not really, just a heck of a lot more
ambitious than me, who was at home, drinking a cup of coffee
and wondering what all these crazy...I mean ambitious...people
were doing outside.
