Every year we are hit with the same speech
that there are too many injuries here. People
aren't being safe enough. It's not the folks
down here that are doing the talking, it's
people far far away. However, we've gone four
straight weeks without a Recordable Injury. A
Recordable Injury occurs when a person is hurt
at work and then misses work...or something like
that. It's all very confusing and people never
seem to understand what's what. All I know is
I want to stay away from Moose (wielding the
chainsaw in the photo above). He looks like he's
ready to create some Recordable Injuries!
