Today is Safety Awareness Day at McMurdo and we're
Standing Down for Safety. This morning we watched
some interesting powerpoint presentations about working
safely and smartly in the work place and a presentation
about S.A.D. ... Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Hmm...dark, cold, windy...no freshies for another three
months. That all makes me Sad. But this afternoon, we
get to hang out, not be at work and generally be safe.
