Our Little Secret

Apparently in the last year, the average price of
a house in Grand Junction has gone up 14% in the
last year. This is the highest of any of the
seven areas in Colorado measured and the next
closest was Colorado Springs, at 7.66 percent.
Granted, we're just in the process of buying now,
but with the market climbing and available housing
in nearby Garfield County getting ridiculously
expensive and rare, things look great for the
value of this little house of ours. All of this
in an area with super friendly people, beautiful
scenery and great weather. Woo-hoo! But don't
tell anyone...it'll be our little secret.
