This is the Headline that appeared on this morning's
Christchurch Press newspaper. A very sad day, as
hundreds are dead, hundreds missing and thousands
are homeless as a result of yesterday's Tsunami.
Please keep the Samoans and people who were visiting
Samoa in your prayers and thoughts.

I enjoy reading your blog....
I was one of the 2 pole radio operators/tech back in 86-87. Been watching the changes that have taken place with the addition of the new facilities at pole. Hope to return as a radio operator/tech for another summer at pole some day and see the changes first hand. Looks much nicer then the dome.
